2. Shipping Information

Goods are shipped from our partnered warehouses located in the continental US via FedEx and USPS. Most items are delivered by FedEx, while small parcels under 11 pounds will be shipped by USPS. Once the carrier picks up your package, we will send you tracking details via email promptly.
2.2 Shipping Area
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories). International shipping services are temporarily unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
2.3 Transit Time
After your order is processed and handed over to FedEx, the estimated transit time is 3-7 business days for most areas in the Continental United States. In this case, you may refuse the package or return it after delivery. The refund amount will be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover processing and packaging costs.
