At Hong Kong Nadia Co., Limited, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains how you can return items and request refunds.
1. Easy Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or special-order parts
- Clearance or final sale items
- Electrical components or items marked non-returnable
However, if the custom or special-order item is defective or incorrect due to our error, it is fully eligible for a return or exchange.
3. No-Reason Return Policy
Customers may request a return without providing a reason within 30 days after delivery.
3.1. To qualify for a no-reason return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and free from damage caused by the customer.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, labels, and included parts.
- Customers must contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the item.
No-Reason Return Process:
- Contact Customer Service at support@nadiaauto.com and provide
- Order number
- Product name or SKU
- Reason for return (optional for no-reason returns)
- Photos of the product and outer packaging
3.2. After approval, we will provide:
- An RMA number
- The return address
- Return instructions
The return address is: 10395 Nobel Court, Jurupa Valley, California, USA 91752.
3.3. Ship the item back within 7 days after receiving the RMA.
3.4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed according to Section 5 below.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
4. Return Shipping Costs
4.1. If the Return Is Due to Customer Preference (No-Reason Return)
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
The specific return shipping fee depends on:
- The courier selected by the customer
- The destination country/region
- The size and weight of the package
4.2. If the Return Is Due to Our Responsibility
If the item received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing parts due to our error, Hong Kong Nadia Co., Limited will bear the return shipping costs.
In such cases, we may:
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label; or
- Reimburse the reasonable return shipping fee after reviewing the shipping receipt.
Customers must contact Customer Service before returning the item to receive confirmation and instructions.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.
6. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. Contact our Customer Service team via email support@nadiaauto.com promptly to arrange an exchange.
7. Cancel Order
Once your order has been processed, packed, or handed over to FedEx, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may refuse the package or return it after delivery. The refund amount will be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover processing and packaging costs.
