Welcome to our auto parts independent website. The following shopping policy outlines important information about order processing, shipping, order cancellation, returns, and other related matters to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you.
1. Order Processing
All orders placed on our website will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. statutory holidays and weekends). Processing includes order verification, inventory confirmation, packaging, and handover to FedEx for shipment.
Please note that Custom items require an additional 3-5 business days for processing, and we will notify you of the estimated processing time via your registered email or phone number promptly.
2. Shipping Information
2.1 Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped via FedEx and USPS. Most products are delivered by FedEx, while small items under 11 pounds are shipped via USPS. Once the carrier picks up your order, we will update you with the order tracking status by email as soon as possible.
2.2 Shipping Area
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories). International shipping services are temporarily unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
2.3 Transit Time
After your order is processed and handed over to FedEx, the estimated transit time is 3-7 business days for most areas in the Continental United States. The specific delivery time may vary slightly depending on your shipping address and seasonal logistics pressure (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas peak seasons).
2.4 Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, a FedEx tracking number will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email address. You can also check the tracking status through the "Order Details" page on our website. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to be updated by FedEx, as there may be a slight delay between shipment and tracking system updates.
2.5 Shipping Fees
All orders qualify for free shipping; no shipping fees will be charged.
3. Order Cancellation & Modification
3.1 Order Cancellation
We understand that your plans may change, and we will do our best to accommodate your order cancellation request. Due to our fast order processing speed, cancellations must be made within the specified time frame:
Cancellation within 12 hours of ordering: You may cancel your order free of charge via the "Order Details" page or by contacting customer service (support@nadiaauto.com)immediately. After cancellation is confirmed, we will process a full refund within 1–3 business days with no cancellation fees.
Cancellation after order processing (already packed or shipped): Once your order has been processed, packed, or handed over to FedEx, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may refuse the package or return it after delivery. The refund amount will be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover processing and packaging costs.
3.2 Order Modification
If you need to modify your order (e.g., change the shipping address, add/remove items), please get in touch with our customer service (support@nadiaauto.com) within 12 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee order modifications after 12 hours, as the order may have already entered the processing stage. Shipping information cannot be modified once an order is submitted.
4. Transit Issues and Claims
In the unlikely event that your package is lost, damaged, or missing items during transit, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service (support@nadiaauto.com) immediately with your order number, tracking number, and photographic evidence of the issue.
5. Policy Updates
Any updates will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will take effect immediately upon publication.
